I waited 6 months after completion of work to post this. I wanted to be sure that I did not have any outstanding concerns or issues after posting any review.
Overall the basement installation was good. I think it is important (and this applies to any contractor) that as a homeowner you pay attention to detail. If something is not done correctly or is missing, you need to get right on it. We did have several cases where something wasn't right and we asked to have some work be redone.
The project took a little longer than expected, mostly due to some days lost redoing some work or waiting for materials.
As questions and issues came up I was able to work with the Project Manager and onsite workers.
After the installation was complete, we had 2 instances that I needed addressing. Matrix arranged to have someone make the repairs in a timely manner. I am pleased that Matrix really does stand behind their work.
