Dennis was helpful in educating me on my water heater, where my shut-off was and why service should be done yearly. He was very personable and when asked for other work that I might want (second water spicket on back of house) he was quick to say he (Heritage) could do the job and quoted a price. I will be doing this work in 2016 and Heritage with definitely get a call, Thanks Dennis for your help.
