Two other companies were not able to diagnose the problem with our Fujitsu minisplits. Aabbott Ferraro was listed as a certified technician with Fujitsu so I gave them a call. Within a half hour of arriving, Bryan knew exactly what the problem was and stood behind it (his army training on these units really helped). He broke down the issues, gave me several options, and broke down all costs. Once parts arrived, he and Tim fixed them in less than 2 hours. I will 100% recommend this company to others and will be using them for any and all issues in the future. Great work Bryan!
