A/C Repair 6/7/2017

very professional and timely. Explained everything that was wrong with my unit. I was very satisfied with all the work. I was very pleased when I returned home and it was cool which made me very happy. Would highly recommend them and plan to put them on my repair list to call for future repair needs. more

Awesome Service 9/2/2015

Two other companies were not able to diagnose the problem with our Fujitsu minisplits. Aabbott Ferraro was listed as a certified technician with Fujitsu so I gave them a call. Within a half hour of arriving, Bryan knew exactly what the problem was and stood behind it (his army training on these units really helped). He broke down the issues, gave me several options, and broke down all costs. Once parts arrived, he and Tim fixed them in less than 2 hours. I will 100% recommend this company to others and will be using them for any and all issues in the future. Great work Bryan! more

Excellent, efficient and cheerful 5/8/2015

We called with a non-emergency ice-maker malfunction. We didn't expect same day service, nor did we expect it to be repaired in one service call. Tim arrived ahead of his scheduled time, and was very clear about what needed to be done. He found local parts, took the time to go get them. From our first call to completed service was just under four hours. That's above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended. more

freezer repair 2/5/2015

Tim fixed my freezer-he found a problem other than what I called for. He ordered the part and returned 2 days later to fix both problems. He is friendly and also very professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him for service to any one having problems The charge was less than I expected. more

This was my third opportunity to hire Aabbott and Ferrarro. Always a hassle free experience. Gary D. is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He took time on this trip to educate myself and a housing inspector I had on-site at the time. more

Great service 11/22/2013

Tim was prompt and friendly. He checked our furnace and replaced the filters. Tim answered all of my questions thoroughly. He noticed the time on the thermostat was off and fixed it for me. Love that attention to detail! more
