We were dealing with major damage resulting from a block in the sewage line after an outside pipe broke. Glynn did a rearrific job on the repairs and while here also detected serious problems with our sump pump operations. The original pit was inappropriately installed and both the prime and back-up pumps were out of order. He expertly repaired all of these and even brought to our attention a few other non-associated maintenance issues requiring attention from other suppliers.
