Great customer service, prompt and efficient. Called when technician was on his way, received e mail with photo. We already knew we needed new unit and wanted an estimate - I was disappointed that they would charge for an estimate - that was taken care of. We needed some duct work done as well. The technician was very honest and up front with us. Appreciate the honesty.
