This patient called and request a beard transplant. This patient had unrealistic expectations from the very beginning. He had bald spots in his beard (on his face)we planted 750 hairs IN THOSE SPOTS. We did not add hair where there was normal whiskers. He wanted to plant hair everywhere in his whiskers. This desire just simply unrealistic. No matter what the patients desire was, he needed to wait 90 days from the date of surgery for the hair to even start to grow. This patient called ONE DAY after surgery, which did not give the planted hair time to grow, before anything had time to heal and grow. He then had a lawyer call the clinic asking for his money back. He was denied because of the time between the transplant session and the call ONE DAY after the session.
