I had Dr Latham perform a beard transplant on me. It was incomplete and places that needed grafts he placed none. Grafts were placed too far apart and he didn't place enough grafts to fill in my beard. The procedure took all day not much over all was accomplished. I am very disappointed and displeased and would not recommend him to anyone. more

I have had three transplants and am very happy with the results. I had my first one back in 1990, my second was 5years later, and my last one was in 2007. I realize it is necessary to continue the sessions as hair loss occurs. This is an on going journey of losing hair and replacing it with new hair. Only one treatment usually is not enough, as we grow older, we tend to lose hair and I have made the choice to plant new growth. I was happy with my first session for 5 years but I needed more as I grew older. I am sure I will get more planted in the future. It is all about building hair, it isn't a magic bullet. more

Steve Latham said my thinning area in front could be filled in and it would take just one session. After surgery I looked in the mirror and was shocked to see half inch gaps between all the grafts, and grafts where we didn't even talk about putting them- in my forehead on the left side -not even in the scalp. He told me to give it time, and two years later, I am extremely unhappy. He refused to refund my money. He said I need another graft session and that my hair has thinned more. The close-up photos I took before and after show that my hair has not thinned more, but that he didn't do what he told me he would. I have clumps of hair from grafts growing out of my forehead on the left side - totally unnatural looking. more
