After being gone from home for the month of June, we thought our air was just not blowing cool. We called late in the day on the 30th, and Christine had Kory come out the next morning - wow, really quick service during the busiest time of the summer! Kory was friendly, competent and professional. Of course we were relieved to be told that our AC was operating properly; we just hadn't given the unit enough time to cool down the house after having been set at 87 for the time we were gone. This company is HONEST - they could have sold us something or did work we did not need. I TRUST them, and will definitely be giving them our business in the future and recommending McCall's to friends and relatives. THANKS Kory and Christine!
