Excellent service and prices 12/12/2015

McCall's replaced my existing a/c and gas pack with a new 3 ton 14 seer gas a/c and gas pack. I met with seven different vendors before finally choosing McCall's. The prices were competitive and also reasonable and were on the lower end of quotes I received. The service and professionalism was the best from within the group of vendors and I was treated with respect and I never felt pressured. Christine and David were helpful and provided me with several options from start to finish regarding the product, install, and financing. I highly recommend them and am thankful to have found a heating and a/c company that I can trust. more

Losing an air conditioner is no fun 9/25/2015

The people at McCall's AC are very attentive and quick to respond. I have used them twice and on both occasions were at my house within two hours of calling. They are polite, professional, and I cannot say enough nice things about them. more

We thought our AC was broken! 7/12/2015

After being gone from home for the month of June, we thought our air was just not blowing cool. We called late in the day on the 30th, and Christine had Kory come out the next morning - wow, really quick service during the busiest time of the summer! Kory was friendly, competent and professional. Of course we were relieved to be told that our AC was operating properly; we just hadn't given the unit enough time to cool down the house after having been set at 87 for the time we were gone. This company is HONEST - they could have sold us something or did work we did not need. I TRUST them, and will definitely be giving them our business in the future and recommending McCall's to friends and relatives. THANKS Kory and Christine! more

McCall's is so awesome, in my experience they have always arrived on the day & time they say they will be there, the Technicians are very knowledgeable and always answer my questions. Don't have any complaints and I have used them 3-4 times in the last year. more

Best Customer Service EVER!!! 6/29/2015

McCall's is simply the best AC company I have ever worked with. Their customer service is beyond believable. I will never call another company again. It was 115 degrees and my AC went out and they came right over. They were so helpful and the prices were more than fair. Call them. more

We have been using McCall's Quality Service for a few years. McCall's Quality Service handled our primary home and rental properties. Christine is consistently friendly, prompt, detail oriented and easy to schedule and work with. Kory came out the same day we called to service two properties. Dave McCall first did some work for me over 15 years ago, and has installed about two dozen new HVAC units on commercial and residential properties over the years since. His prices are fair; and his work dependable, and he continues to do annual servicing on about 30 units for our commercial tenants and ourselves. AC system installation 1/19/2015

McCalls removed my old ac system and installed a more efficient unit. There was a problem with the thermostat. David McCall came out on a Saturday morning and took care of the problem. I am completely satisfied with my experience. Everybody I came in contact with was very professional and helpful. The new system works great. I would recommend this company. Glen Miller more

Christine scheduled our appointment and called us with a more accurate time the morning of the appointment. Jacob was knowledgeable and explained what was needed in understandable terms. The problem was taken care of efficiently and everyone at McCall's has been friendly, efficient and professional. We are very pleased with McCall's services. more

Air Conditioning Duct Work 10/16/2014

We recently had David come out to do some duct work on our house. Both he and his office manager, Christine, were courteous and professional. Our job was done quickly and efficiently at the time and for the price quoted. I wish we had known about this company a long time ago and will definitely use them again. more

I find McCall's Quality Services very good. The technicians they send to assess your issues are always helpful and let you know what it is they are doing and why they are doing it. They seem to be very knowledgeable about the work they provide and strive to be good at it. I will use them for all my Heating & Cooling needs. Belinda Bolden more

Today is the second time that I have used McCall's. They have returned my calls promptly. Kristine was very helpful and professional. She notified me of Kyle's arrival time. Kyle was very pleasant and professional also. I was offered several options for my A/C problems. I will recommend them to my friends. In fact, they were recommended to me by my son who was pleased with their services. A great company. more
