The fridge I purchased was leaking heavily from the start. The tech came out and worked on it and was very polite. The next day the fridge leaked again. The next tech moved the fridge AND ripped a huge hole in the kitchen floor. I called the owner to discuss the floor and he was incredibly rude. He accused me of trying to rip off the company, costing them money and wasting their time. The owner then hung up on me and refused to take my calls from that point forward. I let it go because for the cost of the fridge it wasn't worth the hassle. Not even a year later and the fridge is broken beyond repair. I won't even bother calling to see if their warranty covers what it wrong. Worst custmer service I have ever experienced.
