I just want to acknowledge Amy for the thoughtful and patience forwarded to us through the process of replacing a large 12 ton AC unit. We run an assisted living and could not go into the summer months without cool air for our residents. Amy understood and pushed all the right buttons to get us financed and the unit installed in a very timely and professional manner.
