Review content:
I just want to acknowledge Amy for the thoughtful and patience forwarded to us through the process of replacing a large 12 ton AC unit. We run an assisted living and could not go into the summer months without cool air for our residents. Amy understood and pushed all the right buttons to get us financed and the unit installed in a very timely and professional manner. Her continuous follow-up ensuring that our needs were being met was a welcome and comforting change from other vendors used in the past.
I highly recommend Ambient Edge and are having them provide us maintenance agreements for all of our buildings.
Customer service is not dead after all. It exists and Amy exemplifies that.
