I don't know about the construction quality or the rest of the staff professionalism at Challenger Pools but Morgan Oxendine was very rude and not professional. I'm starting my research and gathering information and quotes from the different builders in the Tampa area and he was not helpful. When you ask question he give you just general info and attitude feeling that he is doing "the other competitors jobs" by answering questions.
Here is a copy of the email that I send him:
Thank you for the general information on the quote. Could you please send me a break down with prices and the drawing of the pool.

I don't know if we started with the wrong foot,but this is a big purchase and is only logical to get more than one quote. As you know I'm also in sales and I provide my clients all the information so they can make the right decision. Price is not always the main factor at the time of purchase. People buy services and goods from people that they like. You are the face of the company (Challenger Pools)
If you feel that you are doing your competitors job, just by supplying me some numbers. What is Challenger Pools selling me?
