Lee D. was very courteous the entire time. He also explained everything he was going to do. He also offered to help in programming my Heating Selections on the thermostate. He found a electronic componet that was that was working, however, it wasn't performing as it should. He explained how it should have been working and what it was presently doing and how it was going to harm the furnance in the future. He also remined mne to call later for him to come and checkout tthe AC part of the Heat pump and he also explained why he was unable to check it out at this time.
I was very satisfied with all of his work.
