Chris came to our home on Monday, March 2nd in response to our request regarding problems with our water, even though we had notified the Kalamazoo Water Dept. Chris assessed that our water softener probably took care of most of the rust sediment in the water. Chris shared with us ideas on what we should consider to assist in remedying the issue. Because of what we observed in Chris's character and professionalism, we decided to have him install a new water softener and make some changes in a couple of plumbing areas. Our new softener was installed 2 days later. We have been impressed and completely satisfied with previous Dan Wood servicemen and Chris not only furthered our confidence in using the Dan Wood Co, but we were greatly impressed with Chris.
