Comcast is a horrible company just like the city of Tallahassee. Poor customer service, poor quality of services, they don't try to help you with your problem, and try to over talk you while you're trying to explain your issue. I live in a college student style apartment. These idiots placed a cable box in my unit that was already registered under a different name and a different address. No one from Comcast warned me of this at all! I've been living in the same apartment since August and now all of a suddenly my box is not activated because who ever had the box in their name cancelled their services. They are the worst cable company ever!! I don't understand how are they in business. The customer service rep couldn't even give me a contact number for the local office in Tallahassee.
