This was our first contact with this company. It was recommended to us by our previous hvac tech who retired and sold his business. Tony came to repair our humidifier. Due to its age (20 years) he recommended and installed a new unit. He was very efficient, explained all he did, found and repaired a disconnected pipe under the house and completely cleaned up when finished. He then explained guarantee plans, suggested what was best for us, and never pressured us. We were very impressed with the courtesy, friendliness and professional workmanship of Tony.
