My furnace stopped working on a Saturday evening in February. I was panicked about how to get help on a cold, weekend evening. After calling a number of "after hours" companies, Bonfe was the most helpful and responsive. Mike arrived Sunday morning and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He had the parts needed on hand and was able to fix the furnace within the hour. He was very professional and knowledgable. He was also very personable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He explained thoroughly the Bonfe Peace of Mind program, so I now am covered for future problems. Mike made the whole furnace breakdown end very pleasantly.
