Mark L. repaired the water filter system on our Samsung refrigerator. He clearly has a lot of experience. He was efficient and thorough, and he explained his recommendations clearly and completely. When he returned to install the new equipment he demonstrated the same characteristics. Mark is also a very good representative of his company: gracious, articulate, thorough, and confident in his work. He communicated with both his home office and us to make sure of the final costs and to direct us to the product we needed to purchase. My refrigerator is happy and so are we.
