After I explained the problem and the previous attempt at repair, Mark began inspecting the unit and found a pin hole leak in a freon line. He had the proper tools and equipment to make the repair. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. Upon completing the repair, he rechecked that unit was operating properly to insure that there were no other problems. more

Called about a refrig problem. To my surprise she said they would have someone out today !! Melvin H. showed up a couple hours later, neatly dressed, and was a real gentleman. In a matter of minutes he figured out our problem. In less than an hour the problem was fixed and Melvin was on his way. I would recommend My Repair Center for fast service at a good price. more

Although they were unable to repair the washer machine because I chose to purchase a new one because of the cost of repair. They were honest about the cost and their opinions about the repair. I will call them again if I have problem with any other products. more

Esteban S. came the same day I called regarding my washer not working. He is the most professional and knowledgable service professional I have had the pleasure to work with in many years. He found the problem immediately, had the part in his van (I was pleasantly surprised as I thought it would have to be ordered and at least a week before it would come in) and installed it quickly. Esteban then ran a quick cycle to assure everything was working as it should after the installation. Before leaving, he took a look at my refrigerator (not scheduled) and fixed the water line with a coupler it needed (and he had in the van again readily available). We had never had water come out of the door or ice in the ice maker for the past 4 years and 4 other service technicians have been here to try finding the problem. This company is now my service company for life for all appliances and now they also repair air conditioners for which we have struggled to get good service also. We will be calling them soon to check our AC. Esteban was also educational showing me how to latch the door of the washer open for drying and showing me where the filter in the refrigerator is and how to change it. I am obviously one happy customer. The young lady answering the phone when I called to schedule service was also very professional and pleasant. Great company. more
