If you choose Normandy...you better be prepared for a long construction time. We started our job on October 22nd and because they use multiple crews working on jobs all over town we have had more days waiting for someone to show up than actual work done. After 5 weeks, which would be a normal bathroom redo with one crew working, we have a gutted bathroom with just the drywall being completed. We are probably looking at another 5 weeks for completion at this rate. It has ruined our holidays. Knowing what I know now...I should have went with a contractor that uses one crew for everything. By the way Normandy was $20k over the other bids but we went with them because they use a designer, who was wonderful by the way. Just be prepared for a lot of down time where nothing is being done.
