Recently, during my annual check-up, I requested a quote to remodel my bathroom. Leonard knew what questions to ask to determine my needs, took extensive measurements, discussed options and explained how the job would go should I elect to move ahead. He was always polite and always friendly... and never pressured me in any way. He said he needed a few days to check out the availability of some items in order to quote a more accurate figure. I didn't find that a problem. He was very interested in doing the job right, without incurring any unnecessary expenses. That I appreciated.
