Richard arrived on time and went right to work checking the system in a methodical and professional way. He was up to date on our warrantee protections, and he listened carefully to my description of the problems we were encountering. He soon found a fluid leak in the attic that appeared to be causing ice to form on the outside generator. Richard tightened the fittings and topped up the liquid in the system. He also adjusted all the hand-held control units to make sure they were working together. The house is uniformly warm and comfortable after his visit, and he assured me he would return if we had anymore leaks that were not detected. Richard's helpful attitude made me feel that I had indeed invested in a company that would stand by us during any future adjustments in a complex improvement to our home. Thanks to Richard and your staff we now face our first winter with electric heating with much greater confidence. more

I was in need of a licensed and approved plumbing contractor to perform work in Newburgh, NY and found a listing for Go Green Express Home Services. I called and was informed a mechanic would be identified and scheduled to perform an inspection in preparation for required remedial work to provide functional water utilities for my newly purchased home. As indicated by the Go Green dispatcher, a technician, Courtney called me back within two hours of my originally placed service call. Upon arrival Courtney was courteous, attentive and showed a general interest in providing the re-connection of water utility services my home required. Courtney offered suggestions for required work activities and equipment to facilitate water supply and waste line connections. Go Green scheduled Courtney to come back the following day to begin and complete work required to provide my water utility re-connection service. My home had a functional kitchen and bath at the end of the work day. Finding a company that was willing to provide the extra effort to react in an expeditious fashion and that employs experienced mechanics such as Courtney proved beneficial to my family being able to actually enjoy our new home quicker than I would have imagined. The crew over at go green went above and beyond their duties as a merchant and service provider. Phil was a wealth of knowledge and insight and treated my home as if it were his taking into consideration factors such as children, seasons, and price per value. I truly appreciate this company and then have won me over as a loyal customer. To top it all Off the work was done on Christmas Eve !!! Office staff was equally as great making accommodations for us during work and seeking feedback on an already great working company! Recently, during my annual check-up, I requested a quote to remodel my bathroom. Leonard knew what questions to ask to determine my needs, took extensive measurements, discussed options and explained how the job would go should I elect to move ahead. He was always polite and always friendly... and never pressured me in any way. He said he needed a few days to check out the availability of some items in order to quote a more accurate figure. I didn't find that a problem. He was very interested in doing the job right, without incurring any unnecessary expenses. That I appreciated. more

The Technician Leonard was very Professional and did a great job. He is very Knowledgeable, Respectful and Prompt, and willing to go the extra mile and help me on a SUNDAY.
