I called Alliance and made an appointment for the next morning. Agustin arrived right on time and explained that I either had to wait for a part from American Standard or replace my faucet. Actually, he gave me another option that was seen as temporary. At any rate, I was unhappy with the American Standard faucet so I had it replaced with a Price Pfister from off his truck. He told me it would take a couple of hours. It took less than the couple of hours and he and his assistant, George, explained the new faucet to me. It was installed properly and they cleaned up, leaving no mess. Thanks.
