Prompt professional service 11/3/2017

Robert was pleasent and hard worker on my clogged kitchen sink. I got upfront pricing and a talk through of my options. He talked me through all the steps and complications. Very educated and thorough. more

Tankless Heater 1/17/2017

Agustin did a fine job. I have no complaints other than I wish the tankless water heater installation was lower in price. However, Alliance Plumbing was superior to other quotes received. more

Agustin has superior customer service and relationship management skills. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, offered multiple alternatives and patiently answered multiple questions. He was also able to provide some good maintenance tips. more

Water Heater replacement 2/5/2016

Carl, Jean and Robert were great. Called and they came out to fix my water heater the same day. They were on time, extremely professional and replaced my water heater without any problems. Will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs more

Got New Bathtub/Shower Faucet 11/3/2015

I called Alliance and made an appointment for the next morning. Agustin arrived right on time and explained that I either had to wait for a part from American Standard or replace my faucet. Actually, he gave me another option that was seen as temporary. At any rate, I was unhappy with the American Standard faucet so I had it replaced with a Price Pfister from off his truck. He told me it would take a couple of hours. It took less than the couple of hours and he and his assistant, George, explained the new faucet to me. It was installed properly and they cleaned up, leaving no mess. Thanks. more

The Extra Mile 10/28/2015

Today, I couldn't take a shower. Of course, I called Alliance and Agustin came out. He walked me through his diagnosis and gave me all the options upfront as usual. He replaced the shower head diverter cartridge quickly and noticed that the water could not be diverted entirely. It didn't bother me, but he insisted that the job get done to his standard. It's rarer are rarer these days to see folks go the extra mile and take pride in their craft. Alliance does it consistently. If you're not using these guys, you're making a mistake. more

I've used Alliance Plumbing for several years now, Kerry originally came out then and gave an estimate and options for a water leak in my house. Where the other 3 companies told me I only had one option to replace all my water pipes. They came out and did a great job then and from there on they have earned my trust. Over the years, I have had Alliance Plumbing out for various things and they have always come through. This last time was no exception, with a bathroom renovation. Steven was courteous and very hard worker. I recommend Steven and Kerry with Alliance Plumbing anytime. They do believe in customer service and respectful of a customers time. I will continue to use Alliance Plumbing in the future. more

Service Call for Water Leak 5/5/2014

Kenn with Alliance Plumbing responded to our call for service at the time requested. I was running 15 minutes late and Kenn had not time waiting till I arrived. He was professionally dressed in a company uniform & drove a company truck, was courteous and attentive to my problem. Which was - On serveral occasions I observed a water leak on the exterior of my house at the slab / brick wall joint adjacent to my Kitchen. Since this was not a constant leak I assumed it was coming from my dishwasher during the drain cycle. Kenn ran several tests and each time explained what he was doing and why. This is the 3rd time I have called Alliance over a period of 2 years and each time I have received the same type of service at a reasonable price and would call them again.
