He replaced the shower head diverter cartridge quickly and noticed that the water could not be diverted entirely. It didn't bother me, but he insisted that the job get done to his standard.
It's rarer are rarer these days to see folks go the extra mile and take pride in their craft. Alliance does it consistently.
