I've used Five Star for my heating/cooling and plumbing since we moved to SC a little over 1 1/2 years ago. Whether they calm to schedule my regular maintenance or I have to call them regarding repairs, the experience is ALWAYS the same. Everyone from the call center, to the technicians, and up to their management is always courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable. I always feel confident that what they are telling me is the truth, that I am not being overcharged, and that the job was done well.
Phillip W. was just out again this past week for our tankless water heaters. My builder was also here at the time (for other issues with the house). It's obvious my builder felt Phillip was just a young man in a uniform. Boy did Phillip prove him wrong! Phillip always astonishes me with his knowledge and expertise of what he does. Like everyone else at 5 Star, he is beyond courteous and always has a smile on his face. I made sure to contact his direct manager (this is the second time I've felt the need to do so) to make sure he was aware of just how pleased I was with Phillip.
Bottom line...No one ever looks forward to the moment when they have to call service people to their home. However, when you deal with the people from Five Star, they are bound to make a difficult experience that much better!
