Matt Stanton was the technician that came for my yearly AC unit maintenance. I prepay to make it convenient. Matt gave me a call about 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to let me know he would be there and to ask if there were any special parking considerations. I thought that was a nice touch. Matt showed up on time and very friendly. He had the respectful shoe booties in his hand that the Heritage Team always has to not track dirt in. I told him there was no need. He did a thorough inspection and maintenance on my unit and gave me recommendations of service to be performed (minimal). Clear information, I never feel like they are trying to push a service on me. I am very happy with the service I get from Heritage. I replaced my entire home HVAC in 2010 with Heritage and I have been a loyal customer since that day. They are literally there when I need them.
