Out of all the Gold's Gym I have been to, the one in Redmond has the worst customer service. The front desk staff are rude and often gives totally incorrect information. When you call, they often put you on hold and then come back and ask you why you are calling and then tell you that 'things cannot be done over the phone'. For the swim lessons for kids, they do not bother to update times and lesson changes. Really frustrating!
