It is unbelievable what rotten crooks the Ferrentino brothers are. They WILL lie and make up stuff about the condition of your apartment when you move. The washing machine broke down twice will I was there - once for 7 weeks. But according to them, they give 24/7 service. They will make up rules to suit the occasion. Don't sign a lease that's 13 pages long, it's a trap. No matter how nice you are to them, if you move out they will take it personally and wring every last dime from you. Better to live under a bridge than this place.
