It is unbelievable what rotten crooks the Ferrentino brothers are. They WILL lie and make up stuff about the condition of your apartment when you move. The washing machine broke down twice will I was there - once for 7 weeks. But according to them, they give 24/7 service. They will make up rules to suit the occasion. Don't sign a lease that's 13 pages long, it's a trap. No matter how nice you are to them, if you move out they will take it personally and wring every last dime from you. Better to live under a bridge than this place. more

I had a month to month agreement (lease) with Tony recently. Actually it was Tony's idea to offer me month to month. I always paid on time, never bothered anyone, kept an exceptionally clean apartment. My neighbors even reported that they were not even aware that the unit was rented. When I was moving out, I sent a letter to the management and told them of my plans and the date I would be leaving. It was not a full 30 days ( more like 15) since I was relocating. I opted for the "Tony inspection" on the day I moved out. He said that the rugs needed cleaning bc of some small spots (agreed), the oven (which I cleaned but never used) he was charging for a burnt on area on the bottem (which was there when I got there and I tried to remove but could not) Ok fine, and to wash the floors ( my mom cleaned those on her hands and knees and you could have eaten off them they were so clean). The total at the time of "inspection" was $125.00. He also demanded an additional month rent since I did not give the "required 30 day notice". Can you say MONTH TO MONTH. Hello, what does month to month mean ??? Apparently not the same in Tony's world as in the world at large. After the move, he made numerous harressing phone calls to myself and my parents. Refused to send us the security until he got the "rent" for the month I was not even there. I told him to use the security for the "rent" he refused. He sent me a long list of "repairs" that he had to make (all are not true and I have pictures to verify it, since I took pics of each room on move out day). Now he says that he will keep the whole security and I need to pay additional amounts for the fake "repairs". And he wants a late fee for the "rent". This guy is a real piece of work. Like a spoiled child that if he cannot have his way he changes the game to suit him and his needs. Hope all who read this are aware and beware of his strong arm tactics. more

TONY FERRENTINO is a piece of shit!! 5/22/2013

Tony is one piece of shit cheapskate landlord. He stole our money and came up with some bs stuff to say we owed him that much! He doesnt clean shit and the places arent clean when you move in, i literally spent no lie 4 hours cleaning the place before i even moved in. Carpets are filthy n not proffessionally cleaned like they claim they are, and he charged us for a stain caused by mold in the middle of the floor n tried saying he got it out! Well congrats cause our proffessionals did too asshole!! He nit picks everything and doesnt comply with his lease. He takes forever to fix things but is quick at taking all your money. As said he does raise rent by 5-10 dollars every year. Dont ever try to talk to him cause hes a piece of shit on the phone as well and only calls you when he knows no one will answer. If you make plans with him, dont expect it to help you and you better show cause he charges 50 dollars in gas if you cant make it. He always picks days where hes already gonna be at his apartment complex but still with holds money from your security deposit illegally. Hes a scumbag thats greedy and cheap! When you move in dont expect your money back or to live there comfortably cause thats just not an option. I will NEVER recommend this place and will always say to people never to move in there. Oh and if you move out be ready for him to talk shit about you and make you look bad when future landlords call, also he gives them a hard time when they call. And if youre reading this tony, you dont have shit to say cause anything coming out of your mouth is a lie and you have no argument!....this review is for the apartment complex on nash rd btw. more

Tony does not follow the lease. He takes advantage of your busy schedule during move out. Period. Most tenants are moving out of town, advantage TONY! I would never give this guy one cent! more
