I went into this dealership looking for a 2014 Chrysler 300. They did not have a white 300 with navigation which is what I wanted so they assured me they can get one for me. 2 weeks later the white 300 shows up. I asked Andrew (the salesman that was working on this purchase) if this model had the navigation because I did not see it on the list of features. Andrew assured me several times that it did indeed have navigation. Once all the numbers were worked out he asked for my credit card for the down payment, right before he types in my credit card number he looks at me and tells me that the 300 does not have navigation. I guess Andrew figured once I sign all the paperwork and drive out of the lot and realize that it does not have navigation that I wouldnt really care because I was in a nice new car, wrong. 1) I do not understand how an official Chrysler dealership could not get their hands on the model I asked for and 2) I do not understand why a salesman would lie to customer about such an important key feature. I guess some people would go the extra mile just to make a sale even if that means being dishonest to a customer.
