Service is backed up because it took a week to get an appointment (not sure if it is product quality issue or not enough employees). Dropped off the car the night before as requested. Received a call the following day at 5:24 PM telling me that if I wanted the air conditioner repaired, it would cost $1,200 which they could do tomorrow. In the mean time, they did not even complete the oil change as requested. But, of course, they could do that tomorrow also. Tied up my car the entire day for 1/2 hour of work for $47.50 and had the nerve to assume that I would let them have it for another day. Hopefully, they made a lot of money off the customers that were smart enough to wait for their cars. Been a loyal customer since 2009 and this is the way they say "thank you". Time to find a new service department that cares about their customers!!!
