Our home is 10 years old. We had to have a new HVAC system installed. O'Brien's did the work with Mike as our sales contact and Mark the lead on install. All went well with the install on Monday and Tuesday. On Sunday morning we got a service required warning on the system. Called the phone number and left a message with service. We got an immediate call back and Chris from service was at our home in no time. Turned out the install crew forgot a part. Chris had us up and running in no time.
