It looks like the review star ratings have been changed. One lady said that he ruined her nose and has no talent but yet she gave him a 5 star rating? Strange! I had the unfortunate experience of choosing Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman for my primary rhinoplasty. I ended up paying double the price to have it revised and the year I had to wait before I could get a revision was long and difficult looking at all of the deficiencies of my nose each day: visible grafting, overly shortened, retracted columella, retracted nostrils and overall ugly nose. Make sure you have plenty of cash tucked away for a revision (and not by them!!) if you decide to give them a shot. They told me they could fix all of those messes in 1 hr and I ran for the hills
