Beverly Hills Cosmetic Surgery

I wish I had a time machine. Rhinoplasty was a slippery slope and it was a terrible experience. I had protruding grafts, uneven and scarred nostrils, chronic congestion, and just an ugly nose after my experience with them. I don't recommend rhinoplasty unless you have money for a possible revision. I had to pay over $15,000 to have my mess from these doctors revised. My nose still has issues but at least I don't feel like I have to keep my head down and feel so conspicuous. more

THEY START OFF REALY NICE, but then... I came to Litner and Solieman with a botched African American Rhinoplasty revision and they seemed to be experts and confident they could help me. After the 2 surgeries they did, which both developed major scar tissue, I was presented with a third option by Solieman, Linter the rudest and most apparent ignorant one didn't want to do it, he wanted to be done with me despite the deformity. When I asked why this wasn't done as the 1st or 2nd surgery I was told that they didn't know if they needed to be that aggressive. REALLY!!!! Are you kidding me. Of course I was livid, these are supposed to be experts. If you didn't know the 1st time, you definitely should have known by the 2nd, especially since I came with major scar tissue. By the 3rd surgery, I was just charged for the anesthesia (which they really thought was nice of themselves). When I did my follow-up with Litner I noticed that the incision looked odd and uneven, he basically dismissed me and said it would heal. Later after about 9 months it got worse and I had major deformity and unevenness. I told them I needed this fixed it was too obvious. Litner had a bad attitude that he was "trying" to mask toward me the whole time and it realy came out the day of my 4th surgery to correct the cause of the deformed scar. He said that no one could see the scar unless I was lying down and at that point it wouldn't matter. Implying that I would be having sex and that would not on the guy's mind. I was horrified, but of course I wouldn't dare address this when they are about to perform surgery on me. BAD ATTITUDE=BAD RESULTS more

It looks like the review star ratings have been changed. One lady said that he ruined her nose and has no talent but yet she gave him a 5 star rating? Strange! I had the unfortunate experience of choosing Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman for my primary rhinoplasty. I ended up paying double the price to have it revised and the year I had to wait before I could get a revision was long and difficult looking at all of the deficiencies of my nose each day: visible grafting, overly shortened, retracted columella, retracted nostrils and overall ugly nose. Make sure you have plenty of cash tucked away for a revision (and not by them!!) if you decide to give them a shot. They told me they could fix all of those messes in 1 hr and I ran for the hills more

I wouldn't recommend Dr. LItner for rhinoplasty and especially not for under eye fat transfer. He literally ruined my face, and proceeded to insult me when I said I wasn't happy about the outcome. I was told my nose was too wide for my face, and the procedure would include repairing the tip and narrowing the width and the fat transfer would be a natural way of filling my tear troughs under my eyes that had thinned out over the years. He never did anything about the width of my nose even though I was repeatedly told my nose was too wide for my face and it should be done, and he left me with two completely uneven eyes - one of my eyes now has a big blob of fat right by the tear trough that is completely elevated with scarring evident on my skin and the other eye has a big ledge of hard fat that protrudes from my skin and is . It looks really unnatural and has aged me extensively. When I told this to dr. Litner, he proceeded to tell me how my face was already uneven and wouldn't admit that he did poor quality work. I've been to multiple doctors since about my under eyes, and there is nothing they can do. It's pretty much permanent at this point unless I get a blepharoplasty. I'm only 38, and he ruined my face! They also overcharge. I would not recommend him. He's an arrogant person with no talent. more

These doctors are wonderful. I waited until I was in my 50s to do this. I started interviewing doctors at 21! Finally, I found Profiles Beverly Hills, and their website looked good, so I made an appointment, I could not be happier. My nose does not look "done", it fits my face and I no longer have the round tip, bumpy bridge and wide nostrils. Also, they have a very good anesthesiologist. Trust me, you want a good anesthesiologist if you are having general anesthesia. They are also very kind, supportive and generous with their time. If you've been waiting because you are afraid of the results, I suggest you make an appointment. I have done dozens of consultations, and paid for most of them, but I knew right away that these were the doctors I wanted. Good luck and as the doctors told me " you are going to love it." They walk you through every step and have great follow up. more

The doctors at Beverly Hills Profiles are amazing! I love the result of my surgery. My nose had collapsed internally, mainly due to a deficiency of cartilage. They rebuilt my nose, improving it both functionally and aesthetically. I highly recommend BHP; it was one of the best decisions of my life. more

I ended up with multiple issues (visible grafts, retracted nostrils, gap at bottom of nostrils, retracted columella) and an overall lousy looking nose. I ended up spending twice the money with a different surgeon to fix and it took over 3 hours to fix! They wanted to do a touch up but said it would take less than an hour...ummm,no thanks. more

They did my revision after having a bad rhinoplasty when i was 19. The revision took about 3 hours to fix what the previous doctor had done. It was pretty swollen for a few months but when the swelling went away, boy was I happy! I still get compliments to this day about my nose. So happy I went to them. Very good, and HONEST doctors. Highly Recommended!!! more

I'm not a big review person - but seeing as though I read numerous reviews before having my surgery, I feel obligated to share my experience, as well as compliment this amazing practice. Most of my life I faced a constant battle with multiple nose fractures. Deciding to finally correct my ability to breath and not have kinks in my nose I began reading reviews over numerous surgeons in the LA area and even consulted with my past ENTs. All my diligence landed me at PBH. My initial consultation I met both Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman as well as their administrative staff who was overly accommodating and friendly - two thumbs up. During the consultation I stressed my desire for breathing and for natural looking (id rather keep some of the kinks than end up looking like Joan Rivers). Both doctors were very attentive and greatly stressed the ability to fix my deviation for breathing purposes (most important) and to focus on light, natural looking adjustments for aesthetic purposes. The surgery was a breeze and just like the rest of the staff, the nurse director was great. After the surgery she was able to answer all my drug-induced, incoherent questions and was also available when I followed up with a call the next day. I had various follow-up appointments over the next year and received the same care and attention from all the above personnel during my visits. There were times when the practice was a little crowded and I might have felt like a stop-in felt rushed, but ultimately I am well aware that everyone is busy (including myself) and I generally took tremendous comfort in knowing that I went to the most skilled hand in LA and there is a reason that they are so busy. My results a year later are tremendous. I couldn't be any happier with the results as I am finally able to breathe normally for the first time in my life and look ruggedly handsome at the same time (just a joke). I want to personally thank both Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman and the entire staff at Beverly Hills Profiles, you guys are fantastic. more

As a 48-year-old Mom and career woman having a large nose my entire life, I really didn't think there were options out there for me to have rhinoplasty without looking like I had a "nose-job". I resigned myself over the years to believe that I'd rather just have my big ethnic nose than have an ill-fitting, cookie-cutter sloped or pinched nose. The last couple of years I started noticing celebrities having really great, natural looking nose jobs. I started researching and came upon Drs. Litner and Solieman. Not only was I initially impressed with their website and their natural-looking before and after-pictures, but when I went to see them for a consultation, they couldn't have made me feel more comfortable! I'm a control freak and skeptical by nature, but the Dr's really listened to what I didn't like about my nose and produced awesome digital before and after pictures. While those were great, I really needed to see some true before/digital/and after results. All the After results looked even better than the digital pictures! So I'm now 2 months post surgery, and honestly most people haven't noticed a change - which is exactly how I wanted it. Most importantly, I have noticed the difference - my side-view is so much better and not looking like "witchee-poo" anymore, my bridge is straighter, my tip is more defined, and overall my nose is less projected. Honestly though, the nose I have now looks like the nose I should have been born with - it's not tiny, nor did I want it to be - but it fits my face. I love the doctors and their entire staff - they are so down-to-earth, caring, and great surgeons! I recommend them so very highly! more

Made an appointment after seeing the work they did on my old high school friend's nose. She had undergone her first rhinoplasty at 16, and the job was horrendous! One of those really 'scooped out' jobs that were popular in the 80's. She had a revision done at 20, and while there was some improvement, it was still in need of major help. I hadn't seen her for about 5 years, and when I did, about 1 month ago, I barely recognized her! She had taken the plunge, and let Litner and Solieman have a go at it. Wow! So natural, not 'done looking' at all! She is so happy! She says it has given her a level of confidence she hasn't had in years. Her only regret is that she waited so long before doing it. I am really looking forward to my appointment in two weeks. Will write again after I meet with them. more

Not sure where the couple bad reviews are coming from because these 2 guys work miracles... However, cosmetic surgery is not an exact science, there are other factors that can make a procedure complicated. The outcome of 99% of their surgeries is a functional and aesthetic SOLID 10, if you know any other surgeon with that PROVEN rate, I'd like to meet him. Dr Litner and Dr Solieman are simply SUPERB. I don't care what other plastic surgeon in the world you want to compare them with, they have a special artistic touch that can't be technically explained, it's like a Chef, you can follow his same recipe, but if you don't have that touch, it would never taste as good. They are what every surgeon should be: professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and honest to their patients. They have excellent bedside manner, are understanding and patient, yet objective and clear, but always politely, just virtually perfect doctors! I am very picky and did lots of research before choosing them for my surgery, I am SO glad I picked them over any other surgeon in Miami and decided to fly to Los Angeles, it was absolutely worth it. I had a smooth, totally painless and hassle free recovery. Dacy (nurse for my surgery) had the kindness to even bring some Hydrogen Peroxide to my hotel room, and was super supportive. Everyone in their office was helpful and nice. As far as results, I couldn't be happier, they sculpted the most elegant yet natural nose I could have imagined. They obviously understood and respected my wishes, which is of extreme importance and not a lot of doctors understand unfortunately... I breath better, look better, and feel better :) Would and will definitely recommend to anyone who wants a perfect nose, I get nothing but compliments, except for an envious doctor who wishes I would've done it with him in Miami, thank God I didn't... So Dr Litner and Dr Solieman even have haters lol No matter where you are, this is where you want to have your rhinoplasty, if you want a natural beautiful nose. more

I do not live in the L.A. area, and had to drive many hours to make these visits to determine which doctor would be operating on my nose. I went to the best places in the L.A. area, celebrity surgeons, and the real deals.I chose to visit BHP because of the most natural looking results of many patients on their website, which topped all others I had seen from the other surgeons websites. After I visited BHP, I felt like I had found the right guys to do the surgery. What was most important to me was that they really took their time for my FREE consultation to get all questions/concerns and even mess with my nose on the digital imaging to make sure our visions were exactly in tact. They also made it very pressure free, and said I can make as many appointments in advance until I am sure of what I want to do. That was something the other surgeons failed to do - was take as much time as we needed to be sure of what we were going to do. One doctor made me pay $50 for digital imaging, made his picture, and left me with his assistant to answer any of my questions. I can say most of the doctors excluding 1 or 2 rushed me out of their office and left me feeling unsatisfied. So yes, it is true as in all of the other reviews, they have great social skills - but this is also a key factor in determining if a person truly cares about what you want. There are alot of stuck up surgeons. They believe they have so much experience, and will always be perfect, and know exactly what to do with your face beyond your own opinion. BHP doctors really do care about your opinion, and want you to be happy. As an ending note, I would like to remind everybody that there is never going to be a "miracle doctor" that is so amazing he will never fail to please a single customer. YOU have to take the time, do the research, and determine for yourself what you want, and be sure the surgeon and yourself have good communication & mutual unhindered understanding. more

After having 2 surgeries from different doctors over the years I came to Profiles. Not only did they fix my breathing, and the cosmetic features of my nose, they actually truly cared about my outcome. As for the other people who did reviews, not sure but they guarantee all of their work--which not many doctors do. And if they collect insurance for your surgery they give you back all of your money that you paid out for your surgery. NOBODY does that. They doctors are awesome, I would recommend them to my family and friends any day! more

I am shocked by the negative reviews of Profile. My experience there could not have been more different. I went to Profile for a nose job redo after disappointing results from my initial surgery with another "experienced" doctor that had left me wary of plastic surgeons generally. Drs. Litner and Solieman did everything right. While my first surgery left me bruised and having difficulty breathing, my second was pain-free and bruise free. The drs. were patient and kind and available for any questions I had both pre and post surgery. I am so happy I found them. I think they have the magic touch! I would recommend them to anyone and certainly would never trust anyone else with my face. These two are rare talents. more

I had surgery with them and regret it every single day since. They do imaging of what you will look like and my pictures couldn't be farther from what I look like now. They talk the talk bit don't walk the walk. I just think they are too inexperienced and rush surgeries. I really don't know how else to explain what happened to me. They can't either. I hate the fact that I now have to go through another surgery- wasted time and money to fix what they botched. My advice- stay away. more

I have to agree with the first reviews. I paid these guys $10,500 to fix a collapsed inner and out valve in my nose. They made my breathing worse and left me with a collapsed middle vault and a blob of a nose. They have great social skills, but their surgical skills are questionable. I'm hoping to help other people from experiencing the same devastating outcome. more

I went to see Dr Soliman and Dr. Litner for a nostril reduction. I chose to go under local because it was not a complicated surgery. Got to the office at 1:30 pm and was told my surgery would be later in the day. By the time they were ready for me I was almost ready to cancel, I was so stressed out. I went into OR around 4:30 had local numbing which was not as bad as I thought it would be. I got my stitches out a week later and this is when I noticed a problem. At the base of my nose I had a big 'gap' where the skin was not healing together. I sent a photo and the Dr. had me come in to do another surgery. So...I went thru the whole thing again, waited another week to get the stitches out and.....have the same problem. My nostrils are not smaller, they are more uneven and I have an opening at the base of each nostril. They said I could come back in and be put under for a 3rd operation but at this point I don't trust them.I have been living with this for over 5 weeks now and had to cancel a trip back home to visit my Dad because I din't want him to see my nose. I have an appt with another Dr. booked and I just hope this problem can be fixed!! Yes, these doctors have great personalities and were always very kind but what matters is the results and I would never let these Dr.s operate on me again! I hope no one has to go thru what I am.
