We called Genz-Ryan for an estimate on replacing our 2 19 year old Lennox ACs. Noah is a technician and sales rep in one. When we told him our story of woe-how a Sedgewick technician on a pre-paid maintance plan call had so disabled our larger AC that even a more experienced Sedgewick tech could not unravel the mess-Noah just said, let's see, Then in short order he resolved the problem. We still need 2 new Acs but the decision just got really easy. He was professional in his advice honest about his recommendations and why he he was making those recommendations for our home. We had never done business with Genz-Ryan before but Noah was outstanding in everything he said and did at our home yesterday. I would strongly recommend Genz-Ryan simply on the professionalism of Noah Fieldseth.
