Anthony P. working with Bill Q. for NHRoss was polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. The installation took most of the day and Bill and Anthony worked very well together and got the job done in the time allotted. They kept me informed of progress and were helpful in explaining how the equipment would function. I would certainly call on NHRoss again. more

Great Service 12/3/2015

I had NH Ross out to the house to look at our range as it was not working properly. Technician Jon Grella not only repaired the oven but took the time to calibrate the temperature correctly. He then took the additional time to look at and service our furnace. His service and NH Ross' service was most convenient and exceptional. Thank you so much. more

CRIS MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT ALL FITTINGS WERE SECURE AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY WHILE HERE. HE STATED IT WOULD TAKE BETWEEN 2.5 TO 3 HOURS. IT TOOK JUST OVER 2.5 HRS. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE MY AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT. THANK YOU CRIS. more

Jimmy is my hero! 4/6/2015

I was ina panic...I just bought a house and as luck would have it there was no hot water! I called NH Ross and they were at my home in just a couple of hours. Turns out I needed a brand new hot water heater. Jimmy worked quickly and efficently. In no time I had hot water. Jimmy was/is my hero! more
