I had Hunley Turner take a look at my stove top to provide an estimate for replacing a blown circuit board. They charged me for the visit and promised to apply the charge to the repair job. Since their parts cost $50 more than I could order it from another vendor, I did not use their part. Once the part came in, I called them back out and they refused to apply the credit for the initial visit. I insisted on speaking with the manager who refused to stand behind the committment to apply the initial charge to the repair job. To add insult to injury, the manager also insisted on a charge for the second visit if a refused to use them and was very threatening about it.
Dealing with these guys is like dealing with the IRS.
