BUYER BEWARE! I have never been treated as poorly by a company in my life. We purchased a stove on 7/2 and as soon as we got it home it had a hot surface light on when the cooktop was not being used. I called immediately to tell them of the problem and was told we would have to bring the oven back to them to be fixed. I requested a refund because we had just purchased it and it was not in working order and they refused. I was told as long as the cooktop worked the light would eventually burn out (It did not) or I could bring it back to be fixed but a refund was not an option. 3 weeks later after only using the stove a couple of times because we were on vacation we were baking dinner and the stove would not shut off. It kept getting hotter and hotter to the point it was about to catch on fire, my husband had to pull out a VERY hot stove to unplug it. We sent an email with not response, several days later we called and again said at this point we felt this was not a safe item and wanted a refund. We were told Mike would have to call us only he could authorize. He never called so I called again and he refused. He said to bring it in for repair. He became so rude he hung up on me once, I called back and he kept talking over me and would not even let me speak. He raised his voice and was the most rude business person I have ever dealt with. When I informed him I would file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General as well as use social media to let everyone know how I was treated he responded he didn't care. Buyer BEWARE, don't shop here. He charged us $275 for a used stove and I found one NEW for $299. BAD BUSINESS!!!! Shame on you Hunley Turner.
