If I could give them no stars, I would. They were either deceptive or mistaken about their geothermal expertise, as everything about our system needs to be reworked...the loopfield, the piping, the pumping, the equipment sizing, and the air handler installation.
If you choose to use this company, you should insist on a detailed written contract that includes a binding arbitration clause. We were way too trusting, and have been way too patient, and 4 years later we still don't have resolution.
