Jimmy D came to our house and did a very thorough check of our AC unit. He even found a serious problem no other company had discovered in the past. He was courteous and respectful to all the members of our household, even our two dogs (who thought he was great). He asked if I was interested in their Home Service Plan and I was glad he asked because I had been meaning to buy it. I am very happy with the quality of service I received and am confident I will receive the same quality of service when he checks my furnace in the fall. I definitely plan on asking for Jimmy by name.
