I have been a customer of this office for 2 years, consistently paying them every single month. Never been late!
Unfortunately, Holly the front desk, didn't seem to care when she charged my account $600 because my account hadn't been paid off as soon as she'd like. After no help with her, I asked to speak with the orthodontist, Dr. Sawaf to see if we couldn't come to some agreement but to no avail. I never received a call back, email, nada.
I am absolutely appalled with their lack of customer service.
If you are looking for an orthodontist, KEEP LOOKING!
