We had a backed up toilet and called the Dan Wood Company. We've had wonderful service, in the past, and this visit was no different. We called around 8AM and had a plumber at our house within two hours. Our plumber, Chris Rogers, gave us a few options and detailed each one. He gave the pros and cons for each but did not pressure or hassle us to go with the most expensive one. We ended up getting a new toilet (the old toilet had been in since the 70s) and had it installed about an hour later. Mr. Rogers was pleasant and professional. He was confident in his work and explained everything that he was doing. The Dan Wood Company has always provided excellent service with their technicians and Chris Rogers displayed the highest level of respect to both his trade, company, and the customer.
