I have to agree with the reviewer who called them the worst,most unprofessional staff ever.I had a 97 Wrangler with 62000 miles on it that I purchased 1 year old,so I am familiar with every aspect of the vehicle.After speaking with them on the phone about trading it in on a sports car I drove 40 miles in a snowstorm for their used car mgr. to offer me 800.00 dollars on trade.Internet pricing on it was 4500.00 wholesale and 8500 .00 retail.At the time you couldn't find a Wrangler for under 3900.00 in ANY condition.After driving it around in a circle in their service area he claimed the tires were old,the rims were rusty and the front steering was sloppy.I pointed out to him that I had just driven all the way in from Frankfort with NO problem.That was about 15 months ago.I cleaned the MINOR rust 0ff the rims and am still driving it with NO PROBLEMS.Had I not been so familiar with the vehicle I may have fallen for their BS.I have to say the salesman was polite but the used car mgr. was a moron. I wouldn't deal with those clowns again.
