I usually take my bike to another local mechanic, who has been very very prompt, sociable and professional. However, they were overloaded with work and I needed work done asap. I went to Ocs, called to ask for an appointment and was transferred to 'service' where the employee simply said 'sup'.
I stated I was on a busy time frame had a lot of things going on and I'll come in as soon as he had an opening. He said, come one over now is good. 3hours later I had to cancel my appointments because a 25-30 min oil change wasn't done, they didn't even change my filter.. my usual place changes it with every oil change because they know it's my only transport and I want my engine clean.
My neighbor has stated time and again that this store has much better service than my other place, even though he'd never been there, he swore on it. For my first time, it didn't leave me with that impression.
Nice people, not too sociable, gross underestimate of in shop work.
May try it one more time, but will make sure my entire day is free.
