Where do I begin...I'll start with almost 90 days to get my bike back. Horribly disorganized mom and pop shop. I will say that JImmy was polite when he asked me to never return to...

I usually take my bike to another local mechanic, who has been very very prompt, sociable and professional. However, they were overloaded with work and I needed work done asap. I went to Ocs, called to ask for an appointment and was transferred to 'service' where the employee simply said 'sup'. I stated I was on a busy time frame had a lot of things going on and I'll come in as soon as he had an opening. He said, come one over now is good. 3hours later I had to cancel my appointments because a 25-30 min oil change wasn't done, they didn't even change my filter.. my usual place changes it with every oil change because they know it's my only transport and I want my engine clean. My neighbor has stated time and again that this store has much better service than my other place, even though he'd never been there, he swore on it. For my first time, it didn't leave me with that impression. Nice people, not too sociable, gross underestimate of in shop work. May try it one more time, but will make sure my entire day is free. more

    The original store opened for business in 1976     and was located on North Coast Highway and was, shall we say, a bit tight with only 800 sq. ft. in the entire store.

    Jim and Peggy Martin purchased the business in September 1977.     After 10 years of growth we relocated the store to it's present location at 1617 South Coast Highway, adding a full service department, used bike sales and expanded the parts and accessories departments.

    At Oceanside Cycle Supply, It is our desire to greet each customer with smiling faces     and a cheerful hello. At the same time, provide the best products and service at reasonable prices. The service department prides itself in making sure each job is done right the first time.
