I bought a Jeep on March 15th and the customer service since my purchase has been horrible. I was told by my sales person Omer and his manager that I would get new tires and a replacement of the back seat since the Jeep didn't have one. I was told that Saturday that I would get a call on Monday or Tuesday to set up a service appointment. Not only have I not gotten a call I've been calling everyday trying just to speak to someone. The only person that has even answered his calls has been Omer. He did walk back to Jasmine's office (I believe that's her name) on Wednesday the March 26th so I could speak to her through his cell phone. She told me that she was ordering the back seat that day and once she got a tracking number on the part she would give me a call to set up the appointment. I have yet to get a call back, and in fact Omer told me the part wasn't ordered because the backseat was "too expensive". So she had to find one that is cheaper.... As soon as I got off the phone I found 3 other websites that sell the back seat at a reasonable price. With all that said the most aggravating part from all this is the feeling of getting blown off. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYBODY.
