Nate is the best! I have had another technician look at what could be causing a terrible vibrating noise could be heard on my first floor, and all I got was that the furnance was a bit over ten years old and things make noise as they get older. Okay... but what and can it be fixed? I called again to ask for Nate to see if he could figure it out. Nate, who has been maintaining these furnances almost since the beginning, came up with the problem, needed to order a part and will replace it when it comes in. He took his time, listened & really took the care to find the problem. He sure knows his stuff! Thank you! A++
